Have a question about your order? In need of more information on a certain product in our store? Send all inquiries to support@hendane.com. Please keep in mind that in an effort to deter spam, we will not answer any e-mails though this address that do not have "Order Inquiry" explicitely written into the title. Also include your full name and order number (if applicable ) so that we can get the most complete answer to you in a reasonable amount of time.

Special Orders/Requests
Many of you have asked us about special requests for items that are not available on our website. For these inquiries, please send your e-mails to requests@hendane.com with the subject heading "Special Requests".
